Swarovski Crystal 1GB USB Drive

There have been a lot of interesting USB inventions and fashions to date. None that are quite as bling as the ones below.

If you got the money then why not pimp your geek gear.

The Phillips-Swarovski Active Crystal collection definitely goes there, squeezing as many Swarovski crystals as possible onto some very cute electronic gadgets. For USB drives there’s the 1 GB “Heart Beat,” a two-piece locket style, and the 1 GB “Lock-Out,” and retractable padlock shaped one, both of which will sell for $179.

Swarovski Crystal LED Light Dress

A dress twinkling with hundreds of LED lights has made its first public appearance since it emerged on the Paris catwalks.

The white fabric dress first shown in Paris for Swarovski’s 2007-8 Spring-Summer collection last April conceals thousands of LED chips and can even display short video clips.

The crystal-encrusted dress is not currently for sale, but even if it was, the price tag of US$16,000 ($21,270) would likely put it out of the realm of affordability for most.
