This summer, Swarovski Crystal Palace chandeliers will share the limelight with stars George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Andy Garcia, and Don Cheadle. Created by precision-cut lead crystal glass producer Swarovski, the chandeliers will be featured in “Ocean’s Thirteen,” the third movie in the “Ocean’s” trilogy.

Set designer Kristen Messina selected crystals from the Swarovski Crystal Palace collection for two scenes: Cascade by Vincent Van Dyson will furnish the “Diamond Viewing Room and Blossom chandeliers by Tord Boontje will add glam to a hotel suite dinning room.
Swarovski has a lengthy Hollywood history, and has dressed up the likes of Marilyn Monroe in “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes,” Grace Kelly in “High Society,” Audrey Hepburn in “Sabrina,” Nicole Kidman in “Moulin Rouge,” and James Bond in “Die Another Day,” among others. Props include the huge chandelier, designed with more than 20,000 Swarovski crystals, which features a key role in “The Phantom of the Opera.”
The Swarovski Crystal Palace collection, says Swarovski, aims to change the face and break the boundaries of the traditional chandelier.
